Our preferred methods of payments are email money transfer, debit, cash or cheque. Â If you prefer to pay by credit card, there may be a service charge added to the cost of your treatment. Please discuss with your therapist for further details.
Many extended health plans offer partial or full reimbursements for Massage Therapy. We do not bill directly to extended health. Clients pay the full treatment amount and get reimbursed through their provider when they make a claim. Consult your plan to see if a Doctor referral is required.
We accept MSP and ICBC clients, but do not bill directly to these companies. The Medical Services Plan pays $23 per visit for a maximum of 10 appointments/ year for those on premium assistance only. No Doctor referral required.

Cancellation Policy –
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment, or you will be charged in full for the missed appointment.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a space (and a loss of income) in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient.
In the case of suddenly developing any COVID-19 related symptoms and the need to cancel due to illness, we would appreciate as much notice as possible. We will do our best to fill the spot for late or same day cancellations, in which case you will not be charged.
